Awards ceremony & gala dinner

The Impact Awards ceremony and gala dinner will take place in the Grand Hall, National Museum, Cardiff on the evening of Thursday 12 June.

The awards will be hosted by Steve Mould - a Science Presenter with a reputation for providing expert knowledge and packaging complicated scientific ideas in an accessible way. Steve is one of the co-presenters on ITVís brand new 'I Never Knew That About Britain', which airs in March. Steve has also appeared on BBC1ís Britain's Brightest and Blue Peter as their resident science expert and makes regular appearances on The One Show, Alan Titchmarsh and Absolute Radio. Steve has a Physics MA from Oxford University and works frequently with schools, giving talks and demonstrations on Physics, Maths, Chemistry and Psychology. He is also one third of the hugely successful geeky comedy trio, Festival of The Spoken Nerd who, after sell-out shows across London and the West End, have just completed taking their unique blend of comedy, science, music, maths and interactive experiments on its first UK National Tour.
